Parents Ask Us Most Often:
Is a base included?
A base is not included but any standard patio umbrella base will work. Most customers use a 22 - 30 lb base purchased from Walmart, Amazon or similar retailers if they do not already have one.
How long will it take before my player improves?
Progress is often seen almost immediately after just two or three sessions as players adjust to the ball movement and timing. Within a few weeks, most players show noticeable improvements in confidence, swing consistency, and overall hitting ability.
What if our child already uses a tee?
Tee work can still be part of practice, but the Home Run Trainer provides far more repetitions against a moving ball, which is critical for real game development. This helps accelerate timing, coordination, and swing mechanics much faster than a stationary tee alone.
Do we need a batting cage or a partner?
No. That’s one of the biggest advantages of the Home Run Trainer. Players can use it independently right at home — no nets, no chasing balls, and no partner required. Kids can even compete with each other to see who can hit the most balls in a row, making practice more fun and engaging.
