How It Works
The HRT3000 is a progression-based swing development system. Its rotating ball completes a 360-degree vertical rotation after each hit. When the ball returns to the player centered and at the same height, it confirms a perfect swing.
Two Progression Levels
Level 1 — Beginner Return Timing
New players hit the ball to start and again on its second return to them after the 360° rotation, repeating the sequence.

Level 2 — “Home Run” Level (Advanced)
After 20 perfect hits at Level 1, players advance to hitting the ball on its first return to them after each 360° rotation.
